SUMMARY:Central State University's Fast-Track Farming Lectures
DESCRIPTION:Interested in starting an urban farm business? Want to resolve the food desert issues in your neighborhood? Or would you just like to expand your garden-growing skills? This course culminates in a certification. Attendees must attend at least 70% (15) of the classes and workdays to receive certification. In this class\, we cover the basics of vegetable production through lectures and hands-on learning. Though there is a focus on promoting the sale of produce\, the lessons still apply if you just want to learn how to grow or expand a home garden.\nIf you have questions about program content or expectations\, contact Marc Amante\, Interim Agriculture & Natural Resources Program Leader at mamante@centralstate.edu!
