On Wednesday\, July 1\, 2026\, the Mobile Care Unit will be on the FACCES campus\, providing care for youth and young adults ages 0–22. \nServices will include immunizations\, screenings\, yearly check-ups and physicals\, bloodwork\, behavioral and mental health services\, adolescent health care\, referrals\, medication refills\, and more—all conveniently located right in our community. \nTo participate\, a consent form must be completed and submitted by Friday\, June 26\, 2026. Please email a copy of the signed form to healthwellness@thefacces.org. \nAfter your form is received\, the Nationwide Children’s Hospital team will contact each family directly to schedule an appointment time for the day of service.
