Thank you for making the FACCES Summer Gathering a tremendous success! Our Vendor Pavilion hosted community agencies who offered so many beneficial resources. Community member Kisha McElroy stated, “It was really a great event for me and my daughter. We were able to get some amazing resources for her and I’m coming to the next one.”
Here are some of the resources provided:
- Information regarding vital community services and resources such as: (health insurance, early education information, financial wellness solutions (Telhio), and resources for parents and caregivers of infants (Celebrate One)
- Free backpacks, socks and other useful items were donated by The Ohio State University
- Free books and the opportunity to register for library cards from the Columbus Metropolitan Library (South Hight St. Branch)
- Safe Driving information and demonstration conducted by Columbus Public Health in addition to other public health resources.
Thanks to DJ Rob and the Chosen Few Corvette Club for kicking off the summer festivities with their fun-filled entertainment!
