Primary Health Solutions (PHS) is a nonprofit, community-based health center dedicated to providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare services to individuals and families throughout Southwest Ohio. As a federally qualified health center and safety-net provider, PHS delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care regardless of a person’s ability to pay. Through its medical centers, school-based clinics, and community partnerships, PHS works to improve health outcomes and reduce barriers to care for underserved populations. No patient is denied services due to inability to pay, and a sliding fee scale is available based on income and family size.
