We know how important it is for our children to have access to healthy, nourishing meals — not just in the summer, but all year long. That’s why we’re excited to share that our Summer Food Program has transitioned into something even better: the Afterschool Café!
The Afterschool Café is a welcoming space where youth ages 1–18 can enjoy free, nutritious meals during the school year. Think of it as their second home — a cozy spot where they can eat, relax, recharge, and just be themselves after a busy day. It’s more than a meal — it’s a place to connect with friends, build community, and grow.
New After-School Schedule:
We’ve made a few changes to better support school-day routines. Meals are available on the following days and times:
- Supper: 2:45 PM – 4:15 PM (Monday–Thursday)
- Snack: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Monday–Thursday)
- Breakfast: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday)

Life Ready: A Future-Focused Space for Teens (Grades 8–12) 🚀
Looking for a place after school for your teen that’s more than just a homework center? The Life Ready Afterschool Program is exactly that — a space where teens can hang out with friends, eat healthy meals, get tutoring help, and build real-world skills in a fun, social environment.
Students in grades 8–12 will receive academic support, mentoring, career readiness training, transportation*, and future-focused opportunities, all in a safe, positive space at no cost to families.
