Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding journeys, but it’s also one of the most challenging. Between managing daily routines, navigating emotions, addressing behaviors, and balancing responsibilities, many parents and caregivers find themselves searching for support, practical strategies, and connection with others who understand.
That’s why we’re excited to announce the return of FACCES Family Group Sessions.
Designed for parents, caregivers, and families, this series provides a welcoming space to learn, grow, and connect with others while gaining practical tools that can be used right away at home. Whether you’re caring for a toddler, school-aged child, or teenager, Family Group Sessions offer guidance and encouragement to help families thrive.

Throughout the series, participants will explore research-backed and trauma-informed strategies that strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and support positive behavior. Families will learn how to respond thoughtfully during difficult moments, encourage self-regulation, and build routines that promote a calmer, healthier home environment.
Topics throughout the series include:
- Supporting children through challenging emotions and behaviors
- Building stronger family connections and communication
- Developing self-regulation skills for both children and adults
- Creating routines that encourage cooperation and confidence
- Learning practical positive-discipline strategies
- Finding support and encouragement from other families
One of the most valuable aspects of Family Group Sessions is the opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers. Families often discover they are not alone in their experiences and leave with not only new tools and strategies, but also a stronger sense of community. Together, we learn the importance of building a village that supports children and families through every stage of life.
Our upcoming session will serve as an introduction to the series, providing an overview of what families can expect in the months ahead while helping participants begin building meaningful connections with one another.
If you’re looking for practical parenting tools, supportive conversations, and a community that understands the challenges and joys of family life, we invite you to join us on Tuesday, October 20 from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM! Childcare and meals are provided!
