May is dedicated to something that touches every part of our lives: mental wellness. More than just a focus for the month, mental wellness is a thread woven into the everyday experiences of our families, youth, and staff. It shows up in how we move, how we speak, how we connect, and how we care for ourselves and one another.

The conversation continues on Wednesday, May 6th at our FACCES Family Gathering. This special time will focus on the power of words, what we say and how we say it. Communication plays a major role in mental wellness, and this gathering will highlight ways families can create supportive, encouraging environments through mindful and intentional dialogue.
Mental wellness doesn’t stop at events, it’s practiced daily. Throughout the month, FACCES families, youth, and staff will be sharing practical tips and real-life strategies they use to support their mental health. From small mindset shifts to daily habits, these insights are meant to inspire and support our entire community.
We invite you to stay connected and be part of the conversation by following FACCES on all social media platforms. Join us as we learn, grow, and support one another.
As we move through this month together, remember to pause, take a moment for yourself, breathe in and breathe out. We wish you well.
