Step Into Family Fitness: Mile Marker Coming Soon!

Making Fitness a Lifestyle for All Ages

Finding time to exercise as a family can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be! Since 2023, FACCES has been committed to making family fitness a fun and accessible activity for all. Our family fitness classes, led by expert trainers from various backgrounds, help families bond while improving their health and well-being.

These fitness classes have been a hit, offering activities that cater to all ages and fitness levels. Families have came together to exercise in ways that are both enjoyable and effective, and the results have been inspiring!

A New Way to Get Moving: The Interactive Walking Track

Building on this commitment to promoting health and vitality, we’re thrilled to announce a new addition to the FACCES campus! This summer, FACCES will debut an interactive walking track, thanks to a community-based project led by students from Case Western Reserve University.

This track will feature QR codes placed along the route, linking to short videos with simple exercise demonstrations that families can follow as they walk. It’s the perfect way to combine outdoor fun with fitness, making it easy for families to stay active together no matter their schedule or fitness level.

Join the FACCES Family Fitness Meetup

In addition to the walking track, we invite you to join us for our monthly family fitness meetups, held on the first Tuesday of each month. The next meetup is on April 1, 2025, at 5:30 PM! These meetups offer simple, effective exercises that families can do together, creating opportunities to strengthen both physical health and family bonds.
