Mental Wellness: Self-Compassion Series

August 20 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Free

Self-compassion workshops are intended to help people learn how to treat themselves with kindness and understanding, similar to how they would treat a good friend. These interactive workshops can help people gain tools to handle difficult emotions, ease stress, and motivate themselves with kindness instead of criticism. Self-compassion workshops often include a variety of activities, such as: discussion, meditation, experiential exercises, group interaction, and home practices. These tools are evidence based and have shown to make a positive impact in the lives of families.
