Our recent Community Partner Meeting was a powerful reminder of what happens when community comes together with purpose. Partners, collaborators, and changemakers filled the space with connection, shared vision, and a deep commitment to supporting children, youth, and families through the FACCES mission.
Throughout the meeting, we reflected on the heart of FACCES; our pillars of Food, Physical Health & Mental Wellness, Education, and Legacy Development and the ways our collective efforts continue to strengthen families and create lasting impact.
A special highlight of the gathering was the introduction of the 2024-2025 Community Partnership Awards, honoring individuals and organizations whose leadership, generosity, and dedication exemplify what it means to serve with intention and heart.
We explored opportunities to deepen collaboration, align resources, and expand our shared impact for children, youth, and families.
This gathering reaffirmed that FACCES thrives because of the people who believe in community, collaboration, and creating brighter futures, together.
